Quite clever of Barry the Magic Negro to appoint a Republican for Secretary of Commerce and then take the executive leadership of the upcoming census away from him and give it to the White House attack dog, Rahm Emmanuel.
We all accept that the Census should be "apolitical", although it always becomes "political". Democrats claim undercounting of: poor people, illegal immigrants, homeless, etc. who would add to the Democrat rolls.
When B. Hussein gets control, I'm sure that the Census workers will be carrying Voter Forms pre-checked so they and their ACORN buddies can register more and non-existent voters. This will guarantee a Democrat lock when redistricting comes.
